Route the request by court and record type. Circuit and Family Court files are administered through the Circuit Clerk. Barbour County Magistrate traffic, misdemeanor, preliminary-hearing, and small-claims records use MCRSearch and the Magistrate Clerk. Probate and estate matters belong with the County Clerk.
